The structure

The structure is composed of galvanized steel columns in turn formed by:

Base: element resting on the slab format from sheet metal plate Ø 95 mm and thickness 1.5 mm, specially sheared in order to obtain the necessary rigidity and allow a good grip of the possible gluing. It is coupled with a cold-rolled tube measuring 20mm, sp. 2mm of variable height. An anti-unscrewing notch allows the coupling with a hea.

Head: supporting element formed from steel plate 90×90 mm, sp. 2.5 mm, suitably shaped in order to obtain the interlocking of the stringers and of the seals. An M16 rod of variable height is coupled to the plate. A self-locking nut with notches enables fine adjustment of ‘final height. A seal made of antistatic or conductive polythene, completes the head and neither is integral part via quick fasteners.

The types of structure may be the following:

SAS

SAS

Structure composed of galvanized steel columns.

STS

STS

Structure composed of columns and connecting stringers in galvanized steel with ribbed profile with Omega section 33x18x0,9 mm.

STR

STR

Structure composed of columns and supporting stringers in galvanized steel with ribbed profile with Omega section 33x38x0,9 mm.

STO

STO

Structure composed of columns and supporting stringers in galvanized steel with 25×25 mm square section and thickness. 1 mm.

STC / STCR

STC

Structure composed of specific columns and through stringers in galvanized steel box with rectangular section 50×25 mm and thickness 1 mm.

STCR

Reinforced STC structure with intermediate stringer to form a 30×60 cm grid.

STQ

STQ

Structure composed of columns and connecting stringers with ribbed profile with Omega section 25xH.18 mm.

Locked

LOCKED

The main feature of the Locked structure is the direct connection between the head of the column and the lower surface of the panel, thus guaranteeing a stable connection between the panels and minimizing the misalignment of the joints.
