It‘s a flooring system that consists of lifting from the ground floor level. It consists of modular elements (panels) resting on a support structure of a certain height with respect to the extrados of the slab, so as to create a cavity beneath the floor surface (technical compartment) for housing services and distribution systems, transmission and automation. Our company offers a wide range of systems, raised flooring, both for the interior, where we have a wide choice of finishing materials surface of the panel to be able to adapt to any type of need (laminates, PVC, rubber, linoleum, carpet, hardwood floors, porcelain tile...) and outdoor, including proposing an innovative product: the Monotec GREEN.

The main feature of this type of system is the feature: it allows, in fact, to deal more easily with issues related to the increasing use of technical systems within the workplace: improves the design flexibility of space and simplifies the integration and modifiability of the plants. Unlike traditional flooring, when laying PTS, no glue is used: this makes it possible to intervene on each panel, both to perform the necessary inspection of the impanti, which can be accessed without intervening on the walls, and in the case in which it is necessary to replace worn panels. All this makes the PTS an optimal system that offers significant benefits in terms of time and costs.

The Raised Floor is a real plant and consists of the following elements:

  • Top finish. You can choose from a wide range of Anima or Panel finishes and it forms the structure and distributes the loads. Lower cladding. Perimeter border;
  • Supporting structure made up of columns with or without crossbars.
4

The upper finish is the surface layer that covers the panel and has the function of completing it from an aesthetic point of view in relation to the needs of the user or the intended use. It‘s just the type of surface finish of the panel, through the use of a material rather than another, that the pavement reaches certain mechanical characteristics, chemical, physical, welfare and safety.

There are many superior finishes available, among which we offer: laminate, PVC, rubber, linoleum, carpet, hardwood floors, porcelain tile, marble and granite natural or reconstituted.

The actual panel (soul) is composed of a set of materials arranged under the layer of surface coating, having the function to support and distribute the loads. AppTec offers the following types of indoor panels:

  • PTi: soul conglomerate of high-density wood. Available in thicknesses 30 mm and 38 mm.
  • PSi: soul inert calcium sulphate (anhydrite) with high density. Available in thicknesses 30 mm and 34 mm.
